If you can't find the answer you need please contact us.

  • What personal credit information does Callcredit hold about me?

All the information we hold about you is on your credit report which you can access. We have no access to any other personal information such as criminal records, political persuasion etc.

  • Do the three credit reference agencies hold identical information about me?

No. The information obtained by the CRAs from public sources, such as Electoral Roll data, Bankruptcies and County Court Judgments, should be similar. Information supplied to the agencies by lenders may well be different. Some lenders supply data about their credit accounts to all three CRAs, however others only supply data to one or two agencies.

  • Some of my credit agreements do not appear on my Callcredit credit file. Why not?

Although we hold millions of accounts on our database, some lenders do not contribute information about their credit agreements to Callcredit. Some lenders supply data about their credit accounts to all three CRAs, however others may only supply data to one or two agencies.

  • How do you ensure security of my data?

It is Callcredit’s priority to ensure that the information we obtain is held securely. All the data we hold is processed strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
