Customer Services

Group Operations is responsible for a wide variety of both data and client facing activities for the Credit, Marketing and Consumer divisions. 

Everything from loading and processing to amending and extracting data within the Bureau and Data Services teams.  The first point of contact for any client with a technical query through the Client Service Desk and also the management of marketing databases for clients within Service Delivery.  Plus we are the groups vital link with consumers through our Consumer Services Team, who provide high quality customer service through processing requests for credit files, data disputes, liaising with victims of fraud and responding to all queries whether they be received by telephone, email or social media.

The wide variety of responsibility within Group Operations means that we recruit for a similarly wide variety of roles be they client facing, data focused or a combination.  One of the most important things we look for is an innate understanding of what providing good customer service means (and of course, how to do that!).  The ability to follow process while also looking out for improvements and efficiencies in those processes is also increasingly important. 

There is a lot of scope for progression within Group Operations and beyond as the roles are varied and require a combination of skills that are transferrable right across the organization.
