Mike Gordon

Chief Executive Officer

Mike joined Callcredit in December 2014 and has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services, data, intelligence and software industry. Under Mike’s stewardship, Callcredit has achieved unbroken double digit revenue growth and has completed a number of strategic acquisitions both in the UK and internationally.

Prior to joining Callcredit Mike was at FICO, where he held a number of senior roles including Vice President of sales, services, and marketing and Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During his tenure he also led the Emerging Industries and Technologies business unit.

Earlier in his careers Mike served as a Vice President at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting LLP), where his core competency was providing strategic and operational solutions to banking and insurance providers, and where he led the Insurance Centre of Excellence and Solutions.

Mike has a BS in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Chief Financial Officer

Bob joined Callcredit Information Group in April 2015 from Reed Elsevier, a leading provider of information and solutions for professionals. Bob brings almost 20 years of experience in senior financial and management roles from Reed Elsevier including serving as CFO of Elsevier Health Sciences. Bob is a Chartered Accountant and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent nine years prior to joining Reed Elsevier.

HR Director

Julie joined Callcredit in 2011 as Group HR Director to build and deliver a people strategy which would support a business experiencing rapid growth in the UK and internationally. Her focus is to ensure that we attract, retain and develop the requisite talent to support the business strategy. She has over 20 years’ of experience gained in senior HR roles and at executive level in both the engineering, business and financial services sectors. Her career has involved working internationally in North America, Europe and Australasia for companies such as Aviva, Mowlem Construction Services and Serco.

Chief Data Officer

Mark is a senior executive, and has been part of the leadership team successfully leading Callcredit Information Group since 1995. This journey has been highlighted by two private equity backed MBOs delivering significant value growth for its investors.

He currently holds the position of Chief Data Officer on the Executive Board. In this role he looks to constantly drive increased value from existing and new data assets across the globe. He is passionate about ensuring Callcredit continues to do what it does best - driving innovation back into market sectors and delivering world-class solutions.

David Ross

Chief Technology Officer

David joined Callcredit in February 2015 as Chief Technology Officer. In this role he has responsibility for Callcredit’s product and technology strategy, focussed on the development of data and analytic offerings alongside decision and customer experience software. David has 21 years’ experience in advanced analytics and decision management software. Prior to joining Callcredit, David was Vice President of Product Management at FICO leading their decision management and analytics software business.

Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel

Colin joined Callcredit Information Group in May 2016 as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel. In this role Colin has responsibility for the Group’s Legal, Risk and Compliance, Data Governance and External Affairs teams. Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has extensive commercial, legal, compliance, risk, government affairs and regulatory experience working in the credit reference industry both in the UK and overseas markets. Prior to joining Callcredit, Colin worked for Experian where he was a member of Experian’s UK&I, EMEA and APAC Executive teams and held various positions most recently UK&I, EMEA and APAC General Counsel.

Chief Operating Officer

Steve joined Callcredit in September 2016 and has extensive experience in driving commercial success, customer advocacy and delivering major transformational change. He has worked across multiple sectors including telecoms, financial services, banking, leisure and multichannel retail.

Prior to joining Callcredit, Steve was Chief Information officer at KCOM Group Plc, the specialist communications and IT services provider. He has also held senior roles at Hewlett-Packard, O2 (formerly BT Cellnet), Equifax and Bradford & Bingley.

Steve’s core focus is helping to implement Callcredit’s growth strategy and value creation plan. He is also responsible for ensuring the Group continues to deliver high levels of customer service while further improving the Group’s leading edge operational architecture and technology platforms.

Jacqueline Dewey Map

Jacqueline Dewey

Managing Director, Noddle

Jacqueline joined Callcredit Information Group in 2010 and has held a number of senior positions in the business. She was instrumental in setting up Noddle, the UK’s first free credit report service and a business that has disrupted and transformed the consumer credit report market over the last five years.
Jacqueline has more than 20 years’ experience in senior management positions in financial services, including at Barclays Bank and Egg Banking. She brings expertise in the commercialisation of businesses, consumer marketing and sales, driving engagement and customer satisfaction, as well as operational rigour and management within a regulated environment.
Jacqueline’s core focus is to accelerate the growth of Noddle, empowering our customers to make smarter financial decisions, and to use insight and their data to save them time and money.

Managing Director, Credit and Marketing Data

Steve joined Callcredit in January 2012 and has held a number of senior positions across the business including Group Sales Operations Director and Managing Director of the Marketing Solutions Division. Before joining Callcredit, Steve enjoyed a number of senior operational and leadership roles in UK retail banking including spells with RBS and Santander UK over the previous 18 years.

Steve’s core focus is on helping clients realise the value that data can bring to help them achieve their business ambitions and objectives, supporting our data businesses in UK, US and International Markets in achieving this.

Stephen Burnside

Managing Director, Software and Analytics

Stephen has over 25 years’ financial services, data and analytics experience, having held senior positions in both Europe and America. He is a former Director of Ikano Bank AB in Europe, as well as a past CEO of its UK financial services business (he led it through its transition to a bank). Earlier in his career he also held the role of European Managing Director of Experian Decision Analytics, having also served as President of its North American business.

Stephen’s core focus is on continuing to grow Callcredit’s credentials in delivering software and services supported by compelling analytics and consulting engagements across our growing UK and global network, helping clients to operate in new, transformational ways.

Managing Director, Consumer Markets

Kelli has been with Callcredit since its inception and in that time has developed extensive experience in delivery of data and software solutions for consumer engagement, acquisition, insight and decisioning.

In a career spanning 20 years, prior roles have included Commercial Director for our Consumer Markets division, focused on developing the growth strategy for Noddle and our B2B2C platforms, and time with our Marketing Solutions business, with expertise in data planning and targeting, database development and management, marketing analysis and network planning.

Kelli’s core focus is to continue to grow our partnerships with leading consumer brands, ensuring that Callcredit’s services empower clients to improve customer experiences and to drive value throughout the customer lifecycle, enabling their consumers to make smarter financial decisions and protect their identity.

John Cannon Map

John Cannon

Managing Director, Fraud and ID

John joined Callcredit in 2007 and has held a number of senior roles in Sales, Product and Market Development. John was appointed as Managing Director for our Fraud & ID business in 2018, having already been instrumental in developing Callcredit into one of the UK’s most innovative Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification solution providers.

Prior to joining Callcredit, John held a number of senior roles at Equifax and The Infocheck Group in a career spanning 25 years in the information industry.

John’s focus is on delivering unrivalled value to customers globally by securing digital identity, detecting fraud, enhancing customer experience and helping organisations achieve regulatory compliance.

Eamonn Tierney Map

Managing Director, UK Business Development

Eamonn joined Callcredit in 2010 to lead the Business Development teams responsible for growth across key sectors before becoming MD in 2015. Prior to joining Callcredit, he had enjoyed a 15 year career in financial services working for Bank of America, HBOS, M&S Money and Allied Irish Banks, having held senior management roles across marketing, partnerships and business development.

Eamonn’s core focus is to ensure that Callcredit’s entire offering is deployed where it can best serve the needs of our clients and partners through the adoption of a consistent and genuine partnership approach.

Rick Biggs Map

Rick Biggs

Managing Director, International Markets

Rick has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years and started his career at CCN (now Experian) in 1992, working with major retail financial services organisations. Following Experian, Rick moved to FICO where he worked in lifecycle software solutions and with clients across EMEA and was responsible for FICO’s decision management suite of solutions including decisioning, analytics and optimisation. Rick’s last position with FICO, prior to joining Callcredit Information Group in 2016, was as Vice President & Deputy Managing Director for EMEA.

Rick’s core focus is to continue to build and expand Callcredit’s international presence across all lines of business and support the Group’s global reach and footprint.
