Subscription Management - handling media subscriber enquiries and payments
We manage subscription systems for some of the UK's leading daily and Sunday newspapers. Our Customer Services team deals with in excess of 20,000 pieces of in-coming mail per month, which consists of renewals, acquisitions and any other subscriber correspondence.
We also process tasks generated from in-bound calls from our Interaction Centre and work closely with our clients to resolve customer queries.
We can deal with credit/debit card and cheque refunds and are responsible for processing the daily BACs payments from the system.
