Callcredit headline DataIQ Now conference20 June 2012
Data value, automation and security are the topics to be examined at the DataIQ Now conference, headlined by Callcredit Information Group on 21st June.
At the conference Kevin Telford, Strategic Director, will explore the different ways of valuing the customer base, looking beyond the traditional values such as Income, Cost and Market approaches; focussing on creating a True Customer Value, in order to increase revenue and profits.
While Managing Director of Data Solutions, Chris McDonald will focus on the volume, insight, recency and reliability of data and the importance of this in capturing consumer's attention.
Chris will provide advice on how to capture an almost infinite volume of data from online and offline sources, how to ensure that this data is maintained to ensure accuracy and then how to turn the data into information insight.
