Jan Smith
External Affairs DirectorJan is responsible for maintaining and building corporate relationships with government departments, pertinent industry bodies, trade associations and other regulatory organisations. Her role demonstrates the importance of Callcredit’s engagement with all stakeholders across the industry, enabling us to monitor developments, as well as ensure that any changes are understood within the business and that Callcredit’s views are well represented.

Head of Industry RelationsLouise keeps watch on regulatory affairs and other issues set to affect Callcredit and our clients, identifying the implications of change. She writes Industry Minute articles to cover important developments, and responds to consultations to make Callcredit’s views clear to regulators.
Before joining Callcredit in 2004 Louise worked as Credit Risk Manager of an unsecured personal loans portfolio.
