John McAndrew - Group Chief Executive

John McAndrew

John joined Callcredit as Sales Director in October 2000 and was appointed Managing Director in December 2003. He has spent his entire career within the consumer lending and information industry. In June 2009 John was appointed CEO of Callcredit Information Group. John is an engineering graduate and also holds an MBA, married to Jackie with two daughters, Helen and Lucy.

Graham Lund - Managing Director, Callcredit

Graham Lund

Graham is responsible for strategy at Callcredit and has been instrumental in Callcredit's innovation, playing a leading role in the creation of the Over-Indebtedness Initiative and Callcredit's daily monitoring product CallMonitor. Graham sits on the board of the wider Callcredit Information Group and sponsored the acquisition of online tax filing and verification software specialists Legatio during 2007.

Graham joined Callcredit from Experian, where he was responsible for developing and implementing their future strategy for decision processing and value added solutions in UK and other markets. He has also worked as a Consultant within the Credit and Risk industry, and begun his career at Lloyds Bank.

Liz Richards - Group Finance Director

Elizabeth Richards

After beginning her career in banking with Lloyds TSB, Liz qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 with Ernst and Young. Working in audit and litigation support, Liz gained experience in a variety of sectors including financial services and manufacturing. Liz has subsequently worked in a financial capacity for several companies including Silentnight plc, joining Skipton Building Societies’ (SBS) Corporate Investments team in 1998. Liz has been involved with Callcredit since its inception and was appointed Group Finance Director in 2002.

John Eggleston - Chief Information Officer

John Eggleston

Since joining in 1999, John Eggleston has held several senior IT positions across the Group, during which time he was part of the core team who worked on the formation of Callcredit. In his current position as Chief Information Officer, John is responsible for driving technology strategy across the wider Group ensuring that the resulting services are highly secure, available and responsive. John has a thorough knowledge of technology gained from the telecoms, financial services and IT solutions industries.

Mark Davison - Group Technology Development Director

Mark Davison

Mark is a board-level executive, currently holding the position of Technology Development Director for Callcredit Information Group. In this role he is responsible for the architectural design, development and verification of Callcredit's software and data products. He has been involved with the Callcredit Information Group companies since 1996 holding a variety of different technical roles. His particular area of specialty is the ability to leverage VLDB (Very Large Databases) technologies to solve data driven solutions and he has a track record of effective and timely delivery. This has enabled the Group companies to maintain their competitive technology edge providing lower cost bases and significant unique selling points for commercial opportunity.

Mark attended the University of Leeds and attained a 1st class engineering degree before completing a PhD, which focused on algorithm development for the analysis of non-linear systems.

Emma Peach - Group Legal Director

Emma Peach

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Upon qualification, she joined Experian where she worked as a commercial lawyer for ten years. During that time she helped build an in-house legal function which dealt with all of Experian's legal requirements worldwide. She joined Callcredit Information Group in 2001 to set up a legal department; she is now a Board Director and heads up a team of five lawyers and two support staff.

Emma has over eighteen years experience of advising on all legal matters affecting the Credit Reference and Information Services Industry. Emma has drafted and negotiated high value national and international agreements including those dealing with setting up credit bureaux in the UK and in foreign jurisdictions.

Mike Davies - Business Development Director

Mike Davies

Mike Davies is the Business Development Director at Callcredit. Mike has considerable hands-on experience, having previously overseen the Credit Decisioning environment and Infrastructure Budget at Capital One. Prior to this, Mike worked for 5 years as a Systems Consultant and Delivery Manager at Experian, working widely with blue-chip clients in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Matthew Elsom - Business Development Director

Matthew Elsom

Matthew is Head of Credit Risk at Callcredit and is responsible for driving sales within Risk divisions across UK lenders. Previous to working at Callcredit, Matthew was International Sales Director at Provenir, a credit risk software company. Matthew joined Experian in 1999 as a Business Development Manager in the team which managed the opening of new markets. In 2002 Matthew left Experian to join an NGO in Nicaragua for one year as Field Director. In 2003 Matthew returned to Experian, based in Prague, building the business in Central and Eastern Europe.

Malcolm Hanson - Client Services Director

Malcom Hanson

Malcolm is responsible for a number of technical and client facing areas covering project management, solutions implementation. For over 19 years Malcolm has held a number of senior positions in the industry including Senior Systems Consultant at Experian where he designed and built database solutions to complex client requirements.

Ed Davies - Data and Client Services Director

Ed Davies

Ed is responsible for Callcredit data from acquisition to delivery, in terms of governance, quality and compliance. Ed is also responsible for the Callcredit Client Management function, and for a number of data and delivery-related operational teams. He joined Callcredit in January 2008, after 22 years as an employee of Equifax plc. Ed took the opportunity to join a young, dynamic organisation, to make a positive contribution to the direction of development and growth of the business.

Jan Smith - Director of Industry Relations, Callcredit

Jan Smith

As Industry Relations Director for Callcredit Credit Solutions, Jan is responsible for maintaining and building corporate relationships with government departments, pertinent industry bodies, trade associations and other regulatory organisations. Her role demonstrates the importance of Callcredit's engagement with all stakeholders across the industry, enabling them to monitor developments, as well as ensure that any changes are understood within the business and that Callcredit's views are well represented. Jan has a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise and was previously Head of External Affairs at Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS).
