Please note that we are unable to answer queries from individuals who have not accessed their credit report with Callcredit. We will respond to all disputes within 28 days in accordance with section 159 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, but we aim to respond to all other queries as quickly as possible.
Callcredit’s IT systems are industry leading and we pride ourselves on the way in which all our Consumer Service Team staff are comprehensively trained. If you have a dispute regarding information held on your credit file we will deal with these on your behalf directly with the lenders where possible.
