Partial Settlement

The debt on the account has either a) been included in a voluntary arrangement that has been completed, b) included in a Bankruptcy which has been discharged, c) been settled upon payment of an agreed partial amount of the debt, or d) has been settled upon repossession of an asset and the creditor accepts that the full amount cannot be recovered.
