Notice of Dispute (NOD)

A flag added to a piece of information where the accuracy of that information has been formally disputed by the individual under section 159 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. The credit reference agency is currently investigating the accuracy of the information. The flag is deleted once the dispute is resolved.
