Certificate of Satisfaction

An official document issued by a County Court to confirm that a judgment has been paid in full, or paid after one calendar month. When a Certificate of Satisfaction has been issued, the County Court Judgment will remain on the consumers file for six years from the date of the judgment with a status of satisfied.
