At Callcredit we don't think successful Collections is just about data; good data interpretation and strategy implementation are also essential and we have the team here to help you with this.

Drawing on experience gained from working extensively with both lenders and debt collectors/purchasers, the specialist Consultancy and Analytics team will work with clients in all areas of Collections, Recoveries, Debt Sale and Debt Purchase.

Data interpretation

The team offer bespoke analysis to assist both debt sellers and buyers including:

  • Debt Sale Analysis - Given the changing economic climate, historical or internal data is no longer a sufficient indication of the collection performance of a portfolio. Therefore to attract buyers it is important to segment debt using external data. This will allow the seller to create a more granular sale file. In addition sellers will be able to perceive whether their internal processes have optimised the possible revenue to be collected from each account prior to the sale process.
  • Pre-Purchase Portfolio Analysis - Using public and geo demographic data a buyer can obtain an overview of a portfolio delivered within a 48 hour time frame.
  • Rested Account Analysis - Identify the viability of working accounts before committing both resource and cost.
  • Sold Debt Collection Performance - A portfolio overview on the collection performance within a 24 month period since the debt was sold.
Strategy implementation

At Callcredit we understand how short term priorities can dominate when times are tough, which is why we have developed the Collections & Recoveries 'Health Check'. This will allow you to get an independent view of your current processes with the aim of realising the maximum value of the assets under your management. Our specialists can provide constructive advice, suggestions and guidance on the end to end process or concentrate on specific areas such as pre-selection, segmentation or dialling optimisation.

Unlike traditional consultancy, our team can organise "champion-challenger" trials based on our extensive understanding of the data to prove recommendations.

The Health Check approach can also be adopted for problem solving on specific processes or portfolios where you think an expert, external view could be beneficial.
