What is SHAREReport?

SHAREReport is a credit report, which confirms a client's name, address and the presence or absence of any adverse public data. Furthermore, it details payment patterns and debts over the past 6 years - loans, credit cards, mortgages, etc. Included in the SHAREReport is the applicant's credit score, provided by Callcredit Information Group company DecisionMetrics.

• With SHAREReport, more account variables are held and maintained than with traditional closed user groups

• SHAREReport gives you the ability to administer users and assign privileges to your users
• Indebtedness indicators provide an indication of an applicant's financial commitments
• Deceased indicator - where the individual searched is recorded as deceased
• SHAREReport is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

SHAREReport confirms the following details about a client:

• Electoral Roll (current and historical)
• Public information (CCJs, Decrees, Sequestrations, Trust Deeds, Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Bankruptcies)
• Shared account performance data (SHARE) - this allows the user to view the client's payment patterns and debts over the last 6 years. This includes payment arrears, current and historic balances and the account status codes which are unique to Callcredit
• Historic credit search information
• Find out if your client is able to pay and choosing not to
• Simple to use hyperlinked Associate, Household and Address Link searches are available
• Geo-demographic data - statistics relating to the postcode searched, powered by Callcredit Marketing Solutions' CAMEO, a highly discriminative consumer targeting system
• An easy to assess summary section highlights the credit report details in summary format
