Do you struggle to recover debts? Now you can undertake effective collections activity with CallResidency, Callcredit's guide to the presence of secured assets. These include the principal place of residence and buy-to-let properties.
Being able to identify an asset on which a debt can be secured has always been a priority in the debt collection process especially when considering litigation. With the growth of the buy-to-let market, if you only have the principal place of residence of your debtor, you may not uncover all property assets by searching the Land Registry.
CallResidency uses Callcredit's powerful SHARE database to present a list of secured charges associated with an individual and is not limited to a single address.
CallResidency can be used at various stages in the debt collection process, from structuring an initial contact letter to assessing the likelihood of successful litigation.
CallResidency is delivered by a batch process and is only available to SHARE members or their approved data processors. The batch process allows a client to provide an input file containing data for individuals they have traced so they can determine whether there are any secured assets.
