"My main responsibilities as an Advisor within the contact centre include providing a first class customer service to prospective apprentices, employers and parents.  This involves creating leads for clients to follow up through CRM systems as well as providing internal support to overflow staff.

I have an A Level in Performing Arts and 9 GSCE's. Being an Advisor at Callcredit Information Group is my first job.
