"My main responsibilities are to try and ensure that Callcredit Marketing Solutions deliver excellent service at all times to all our clients in order to promote client satisfaction, and maintain and develop business revenues in the most efficient way possible.

I have a degree in languages from Manchester University and 15 years of marketing services experience, client and agency side.

I was initially attracted to working at Callcredit Information Group because of the interesting spread of products and services and the dynamism of its leadership. But since starting I have also found I love working here because there are so many exceptionally talented and friendly people. I really enjoy working across departments with teams of people who have very diverse skills and experience, but who all pull together to deliver such excellent service for our customers."
