"I joined the company to take up a new role to lead a team of business analysts in Credit Solutions. The role includes planning and prioritising work to support development projects, introducing measures and methods to improve team efficiency and getting to grips with some of the challenging products in the Affordability Suite.

I started work in the financial services industry around 1990, firstly with Bradford & Bingley & latterly with HBOS. Both of these organisations gave me fantastic experience in IT development projects and allowed me to develop the skills I needed to take on the challenges at Callcredit.

I was truly unprepared for how quickly things can get done - at least compared to previous companies! It's great to work with people who are very motivated and passionate about what they do, many of whom have been with the company since its inception. I also love the fact that the company is growing at such a rate; I feel it presents opportunities to shape the way we work and how we deliver to our clients."
