CallReport is a credit report which confirms an applicant's name, address and the presence or absence of any adverse public data. Included in the CallReport is the applicant's Gauge, a DecisionMetrics score, based on public data that rank orders consumers according to their relative likelihood of credit risk. As a basic identification, verification and authentication service, CallReport is a valuable tool to a whole range of industries dealing with consumers.

CallReport returns the following information:

  • Electoral Roll (current and historical)
  • Deceased indicator, where individual searched is recorded as deceased
  • Public information (County Court Judgments, Decrees, Sequestrations, Trust Deeds, Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Bankruptcies)
  • Historic credit search information
  • Gauge - a DecisionMetrics score that uses public data to inform lenders and other businesses of the relative likelihood that a specific consumer will repay borrowed money as agreed, relative to the population of other UK consumers
  • Third party information, including Associate, Alert and Household data
  • Address Links, providing searchable previous/forwarding addresses
  • Geo-demographic data - statistics relating to the postcode searched, powered by Callcredit Marketing Solutions' CAMEO, a highly discriminative consumer targeting system
