CallPublic is a secure online service that provides public sector organisations with a simple way to search an individual's details and gain an insight into their activities.

CallPublic enables authorised users to investigate possible crime, detect fraud and assist in the recovery of outstanding debt. The service displays an individual's:

• Financial status
• Payment history for loans, mortgages, credit cards etc
• Confirmed residency
• Electoral roll data
• Adverse public data such as CCJs and bankruptcies
• Other household members
• Traced addresses
• Financial associates

CallPublic allows you to carry out the following searches:

Credit Report

A Credit Report search will confirm an individual's name, address and the presence or absence of any adverse public data.

Exempted Credit Report

The Exempted Credit Report search, conducted under the appropriate exemption, will also show the individual's payment history of any credit commitments such as loans, credit cards and mortgages.

Trace Report

A Trace Report uses Callcredit's extensive trace database to locate the current whereabouts of individuals. This service is also available under the appropriate DPA exemption.
