What is CallMonitor?

If something happens to your customer's profile that is likely to affect your view of their creditworthiness, wouldn't it be better to know immediately rather than to find out at the end of the month? By enabling you to monitor events such as missed payments, significant total balance changes, new CCJs, bankruptcies and CIFAS filings on a daily basis, CallMonitor is an aid to responsible lending, helping you to protect your customers from over-indebtedness. It can also help you to identify early signs of fraudulent activity, in addition to putting you in a position to effectively deal with bad debts.

How CallMonitor works

CallMonitor is simple and easy to use. Just send your source files to Callcredit and we will process them and identify any alerts. CallMonitor will then send you triggered alerts on a daily basis or as and when there are changes to your customer's credit profile.

CallMonitor generates triggered alerts using a range of files, which include the following:
  • SHARE data (account performance)
  • CIFAS filings
  • Public data (CCJs & Bankruptcies)
  • Default & delinquent indicators
  • Updated addresses
  • Deceased & gone-aways
