CallQualify - Scoring for Marketing

For the financial services, mail order and telecoms industries, it's standard practice to carry out adverse credit history screening prior to approaching consumers with an offer. This will typically identify 5-15% of a mailing file, which is then suppressed. But what about the remaining 85-95% of the file - how do you identify which of these individuals you should approach based on their risk profile?
