Malcolm has been with Callcredit for a total of 4 years and has the role of Data Solutions Director. Malcolm is responsible for data solutions delivery across the Skipton Information Group. He supports key project based activities from sales and ITT’s to technical support and delivery (credit, id, marketing). Malcolm is currently managing the development of Callcredit’s Retrospective Service.
Malcolm graduated from Leeds University as a Chemical Engineer and followed this with postgraduate training in Advanced Manufacturing Technology, which included varied topics such as robotics. He spent time in industry as a process systems engineer, before moving to Experian, where he worked for 13 years.
At Experian he was involved in systems development and analysis for 8 years before moving to a more business-focused role. He worked mainly within the Marketing Services division specialising in marketing database / CRM systems. These were either stand-alone systems or were integrated application processing and account management solutions. Malcolm eventually became a Senior Systems Consultant and was responsible for client project delivery for Marketing Services.
