At Callcredit we are committed to managing our business in an ethically, socially and ecologically responsible manner. Some of the things we do to match our principles with our actions include:
- Recycling – of our paper, cardboard, printer cartridges, vend-cups, soft drink cans, and glass.
- Donations – of computers to needy local schools, and of our time and money to good causes.
- Community support – we support our staff who volunteer, and we provide bursaries for local schools.
- Transport and fitness – we supply facilities for those staff who want to cycle or run to and from work.
- Education – we keep all our staff up-to-date with ideas of how they can 'make a difference'.
- Ethical pensions – we give our staff the choice to invest their company pension in an ethical fund.
- Staff relations – we look after our staff with career planning, perks, and financed family social events.
