Team Members

John McAndrew
Group Chief ExecutiveJohn joined Callcredit as Sales Director in October 2000 and was appointed Managing Director in December 2003. He has spent his entire career within the consumer lending and information industry. In June 2009 John was appointed CEO of Callcredit Information Group. John is an engineering graduate and also holds an MBA. He is married to Jackie with two daughters, Helen and Lucy.

Graham Lund
Managing Director - CallcreditGraham is responsible for strategy at Callcredit and has been instrumental in Callcredit's innovation, playing a leading role in the creation of the Over-Indebtedness Initiative and Callcredit's daily monitoring product CallMonitor. Graham sits on the board of the wider Callcredit Information Group and sponsored the acquisition of online tax filing and verification software specialists Legatio during 2007.
Graham joined Callcredit from Experian, where he was responsible for developing and implementing their future strategy for decision processing and value added solutions in the UK and other markets. He has also worked as a Consultant within the Credit and Risk industry, and began his career at Lloyds Bank.

Chris Savage
Managing Director, Marketing SolutionsChris became Managing Director of Callcredit Marketing Solutions in June 2010 and, as a member of the Group board, is influential in the company’s development and strategy.
Chris joined Callcredit in June 2009 as Corporate Development Director and played a key part in the MBO of Callcredit in December 2009, which was backed by private equity firm Vitruvian Partners. Prior to joining the company he had leadership roles in credit management services and credit information services businesses, including over 20 years with Experian where he was Managing Director of its Marketing Services business.

Liz Richards
Group Financial DirectorAfter beginning her career in banking with Lloyds TSB, Liz qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 with Ernst and Young. Working in audit and litigation support, Liz gained experience in a variety of sectors including financial services and manufacturing. Liz has subsequently worked in a financial capacity for several companies including Silentnight plc, joining Skipton Building Societies’ (SBS) Corporate Investments team in 1998. Liz has been involved with Callcredit since its inception and was appointed Group Finance Director in 2002.

Tom Ilube
Managing Director - Consumer MarketsTom joined Callcredit Information Group in September 2010 as Managing Director – Consumer Markets, to lead the development of the Business to Consumer propositions for the group.
Prior to joining Callcredit, Tom was founder and Chief Executive of Garlik, the VC-backed online identity protection company, before which he was Chief Information Officer at Egg plc. Tom’s career spans over 25 years with a range of blue chip organisations including Goldman Sachs and PwC.

John Eggleston
Chief Information OfficerSince joining in 1999, John Eggleston has held several senior IT positions across the Group, during which time he was part of the core team who worked on the formation of Callcredit. In his current position as Chief Information Officer, John is responsible for driving technology strategy across the wider Group ensuring that the resulting services are highly secure, available and responsive. John has a thorough knowledge of technology gained from the telecoms, financial services and IT solutions industries.

Mark Davison
Group Technology Development DirectorMark is a board-level executive, currently holding the position of Technology Development Director for Callcredit Information Group. In this role he is responsible for the architectural design, development and verification of Callcredit's software and data products. He has been involved with the Callcredit Information Group companies since 1996 holding a variety of different technical roles. His particular area of specialty is the ability to leverage VLDB (Very Large Databases) technologies to solve data driven solutions and he has a track record of effective and timely delivery. This has enabled the Group companies to maintain their competitive technology edge providing lower cost bases and significant unique selling points for commercial opportunity.
Mark attended the University of Leeds and attained a 1st class engineering degree before completing a PhD, which focused on algorithm development for the analysis of non-linear systems

Emma Peach
Group Legal DirectorEmma qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Upon qualification, she joined Experian where she worked as a commercial lawyer for ten years. During that time she helped build an in-house legal function which dealt with all of Experian’s legal requirements worldwide. She joined Callcredit Information Group in 2001 to set up a legal department; she is now a Board Director and heads up a team of six lawyers and two support staff.
Emma has over nineteen years experience of advising on all legal matters affecting the Credit Reference and Information Services Industry. Emma has managed high value national and international agreements including setting up credit bureaux in the UK and in foreign jurisdictions.

David Swift
Group Marketing DirectorDavid joined Callcredit Information Group in 2009. He has a background in financial services marketing with Bank of Scotland, MBNA , Hitachi Capital and Kessler and experience that covers B2B and B2C marketing. David worked in Joint Ventures and Partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the UK and Australia, including retail, publishing, on-line, leisure and 3rd sector.

Sian Evans
HR DirectorWith nearly 20 years experience in human resources, Sian joined the Group from home shopping group Redcats UK in 2008 and has previously held HR roles across a range of sectors. Sian has extensive experience of delivering change, leading the battle for talent and driving the achievement of company aims through instilling a performance culture.
