Mike GordonChief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Callcredit Mike was executive Vice President of sales, services, and marketing at FICO. Previously Mike was FICO’s Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa while also leading the global banking practice. He also led the Emerging Industries and Technologies business unit; these included FICO’s insurance, retail, health care and pharmaceutical markets, as well as its Decision Management Tools group.
Prior to joining FICO in 2005, Mike spent more than 13 years in the financial services industry. As a Vice President at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting LLP), his core competency was in providing strategic and operational solutions to banking and insurance providers, and he led the Insurance Centre of Excellence and Solutions.
Mike has a BS in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Graham LundStrategic Advisor
Graham has been with the business for 16 years and during this time he has held a number of significant roles and has played an integral part in the growth of Callcredit.
Graham has spearheaded the successful rollout of the company’s affordability initiative, the acquisition of Legatio, and the launch of Callcredit’s CallValidate suite of trust and ID products in both the commercial and consumer markets.
Graham sponsored the acquisition of online tax filing and verification software specialists Legatio during 2007.
Prior to Callcredit Graham was at Experian, where he was responsible for developing and implementing their future strategy for decision processing and value added solutions in the UK and other markets. He has also worked as a Consultant within the Credit and Risk industry, and started his career on a management development programme from Lloyds.
Bob MunroChief Financial Officer
Bob joined Callcredit Information Group in April 2015 from Reed Elsevier, a leading provider of information and solutions for professionals. Bob brings almost 20 years of experience in senior financial and management roles from Reed Elsevier including serving as CFO of Elsevier Health Sciences. Bob is a Chartered Accountant and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent nine years prior to joining Reed Elsevier.
Julie WrightHR Director
Julie joined Callcredit in 2011 as Group HR Director with a focus on building a HR team to successfully deliver a people strategy which would support a business experiencing rapid growth in the UK and internationally . She has over 20 years of experience gained in senior HR roles and at Executive level in both the engineering, business and financial services sectors. Her career has involved working internationally in North America, Europe and Australasia for companies such as Aviva , Mowlem Construction Services and Serco.
Chris GreenChief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer Chris will manage the Group’s go-to-market functions and drive revenue for the UK and international businesses. He is responsible for customer retention, growth and client satisfaction, as well as the overall revenue and contribution plan for the UK and international businesses.
Prior to joining Callcredit, Chris was chief operating officer (COO) at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence (formerly Detica) where he had spent 16 years in various roles. In his role before becoming COO, Chris was managing director of Detica Netreveal where he was responsible for the global exploitation of its software solutions to tackle fraud and non-compliance in banks, insurance businesses and tax departments, and enable intelligence-led crime disruption.
Mark DavisonChief Data Officer
Mark is a senior executive, and has been part of the leadership team successfully leading Callcredit Information Group since 1995. This journey has been highlighted by two private equity backed MBOs delivering significant value growth for its investors.
He currently holds the position of Chief Data Officer on the Executive Board. In this role he looks to constantly drive increased value from existing and new data assets across the globe. He is passionate about ensuring Callcredit continues to do what it does best - driving innovation back into market sectors and delivering world-class solutions.
Eamonn TierneyManaging Director, Credit Solutions
Eamonn joined Callcredit in 2010 to lead the Business Development teams responsible for growth across key sectors before becoming MD in 2015. Prior to joining Callcredit, he had enjoyed a 15 year career in financial services working for Bank of America, HBOS, M&S Money and Allied Irish Banks, having held senior management roles across marketing, partnerships and business development.
Eamonn’s core focus is to ensure that Callcredit remains dedicated to our customers and partners and that our business continues to be an asset to what they need to be successful.
Jacqueline DeweyManaging Director, Consumer Markets
In March 2014 Jacqueline Dewey became Managing Director for Consumer Markets to lead the development of the Group’s consumer propositions, prior to which she held the position of Marketing Director for Noddle (Callcredit’s free for life credit report service). Jacqueline has very strong financial services and consumer monetisation experience most recently with Barclays Bank.
David RossChief Technology Officer
David Ross is Chief Technology Officer for Callcredit Information Group. He is responsible for Callcredit’s product development organisation, delivering value added products, services and solutions across a wide variety of industries to improve risk, fraud and marketing. David has 19 years’ experience in advanced analytics and decision management software, including recently at FICO where he was Vice President leading their Decision Management Suite, responsible for product and technology strategy for these software products and solutions.
Rick BiggsManaging Director of Software, Analytics and Fraud
Rick has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years and started his career at CCN (now Experian) in 1992, working with major retail financial services organisations. Following Experian, Rick moved to FICO where he worked in lifecycle software solutions and with clients across EMEA and was responsible for FICO’s decision management suite of solutions including decisioning, analytics and optimisation. Rick’s last position with FICO, prior to joining Callcredit Information Group in 2016, was as Deputy Managing Director for EMEA.
Rick’s core focus is to build on Callcredit’s credentials in customer service and innovation and expand internationally through market development and acquisition.
Steve McNicholasManaging Director - Marketing Solutions
Steve joined Callcredit in January 2012 and has held a number of senior positions across the business including Group Sales Operations Director before taking on the role as Managing Director of the Marketing Solutions Division in May 2016. Before joining Callcredit, Steve enjoyed a number of senior operational and leadership roles in UK retail banking including spells with RBS and Santander UK over the previous 18 years.
By achieving success through a genuine partnership approach, Steve’s core focus is to help all our clients realise how we can guide and advise them through the complex world of data to achieve their ambitions and objectives.
Colin RutterChief Risk Officer and General Counsel
Colin joined Callcredit Information Group in May 2016 as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel. In this role Colin has responsibility for the Group’s Legal, Risk and Compliance, Data Governance and External Affairs teams. Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has extensive commercial, legal, compliance, risk, government affairs and regulatory experience working in the credit reference industry both in the UK and overseas markets. Prior to joining Callcredit, Colin worked for Experian where he was a member of Experian’s UK&I, EMEA and APAC Executive teams and held various positions most recently UK&I, EMEA and APAC General Counsel.
Steve HummChief Operating Officer
Steve joined Callcredit in September 2016 and has extensive experience in driving commercial success, customer advocacy and delivering major transformational change. He has worked across multiple sectors including telecoms, financial services, banking, leisure and multichannel retail.
Prior to joining Callcredit, Steve was Chief Information officer at KCOM Group Plc, the specialist communications and IT services provider. He has also held senior roles at Hewlett-Packard, O2 (formerly BT Cellnet), Equifax and Bradford & Bingley.
Steve’s core focus is helping to implement Callcredit’s growth strategy and value creation plan. He is also responsible for ensuring the Group continues to deliver high levels of customer service while further improving the Group’s leading edge operational architecture and technology platforms.
