Mike GordonChief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Callcredit Mike was executive Vice President of sales, services, and marketing at FICO. Previously Mike was FICO’s Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa while also leading the global banking practice. He also led the Emerging Industries and Technologies business unit; these included FICO’s insurance, retail, health care and pharmaceutical markets, as well as its Decision Management Tools group.
Prior to joining FICO in 2005, Mike spent more than 13 years in the financial services industry. As a Vice President at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting LLP), his core competency was in providing strategic and operational solutions to banking and insurance providers, and he led the Insurance Centre of Excellence and Solutions.
Mike has a BS in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Graham LundUK Managing Director
Graham is responsible, along with the divisional Managing Directors and the Executive team, for implementing the agreed strategy and delivering the annual budget for the UK business and ensuring the UK business meets its targets and continues to develop, both organically and via acquisitions.
Graham sits on the board of the wider Callcredit Information Group and sponsored the acquisition of online tax filing and verification software specialists Legatio during 2007.
Graham joined Callcredit from Experian, where he was responsible for developing and implementing their future strategy for decision processing and value added solutions in the UK and other markets. He has also worked as a Consultant within the Credit and Risk industry, and started his career on a management development programme from Lloyds.
Bob MunroChief Financial Officer
Bob joined Callcredit Information Group in April 2015 from Reed Elsevier, a leading provider of information and solutions for professionals. Bob brings almost 20 years of experience in senior financial and management roles from Reed Elsevier including serving as CFO of Elsevier Health Sciences. Bob is a Chartered Accountant and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent nine years prior to joining Reed Elsevier.
Julie WrightHR Director
Julie joined Callcredit in 2011 as Group HR Director with a focus on building a HR team to successfully deliver a people strategy which would support a business experiencing rapid growth in the UK and internationally . She has over 20 years of experience gained in senior HR roles and at Executive level in both the engineering, business and financial services sectors. Her career has involved working internationally in North America, Europe and Australasia for companies such as Aviva , Mowlem Construction Services and Serco.
Adrian MitriChief Operating Officer
Adrian joined Callcredit Information Group in September 2010 as Chief Operating Officer, he is key to ensuring the company continues to deliver high levels of service to our customers as we maintain our rapid growth through winning market share and acquisitions. Adrian has Board responsibility for Callcredit’s Environmental, Health & Safety systems.
Adrian joined Callcredit from Allianz Insurance where he was the Director of Retail Operations. Prior to this Adrian held positions at Lehman Brothers, Global Home Loans and Equifax, amongst others.
Mark DavisonChief Data Officer
Mark is a senior executive, and has been part of the leadership team successfully leading Callcredit Information Group since 1995. This journey has been highlighted by two private equity backed MBOs delivering significant value growth for its investors.
He currently holds the position of Chief Data Officer on the Executive Board. In this role he looks to constantly drive increased value from existing and new data assets across the globe. He is passionate about ensuring Callcredit continues to do what it does best - driving innovation back into market sectors and delivering world-class solutions.
Eamonn TierneyManaging Director, Credit Solutions
Eamonn joined Callcredit in 2010 to lead the Business Development teams responsible for growth across key sectors before becoming MD in 2015. Prior to joining Callcredit, he had enjoyed a 15 year career in financial services working for Bank of America, HBOS, M&S Money and Allied Irish Banks, having held senior management roles across marketing, partnerships and business development.
Eamonn’s core focus is to ensure that Callcredit remains dedicated to our customers and partners and that our business continues to be an asset to what they need to be successful.
Will LoweManaging Director, Marketing Solutions
Will joins Callcredit from dunnhumby where he spent 10 years in a variety of roles within the UK and internationally. Most recently Will led dunnhumby's Communications and Media business which turns individual consumer understanding at scale into integrated, one-to-one marketing programmes, driving growth for dunnhumby's retail partners and participating brands. Will was also responsible for monetising the data and media assets for Tesco, in the UK and overseas. Before joining dunnhumby Will worked in Brand Marketing for Nestle and Diageo.
Gary ScottManaging Director, Software, Analytics and Fraud
Gary joined Callcredit in 2007 when the Group acquired a majority stake in DecisionMetrics. Prior to founding DecisionMetrics in 2004, Gary spent 14 years at Scorex (UK) Limited. He was appointed as Managing Director of Scorex in 1997 with responsibility for Scorex’s operations in the UK and Northern Europe. Gary has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, specialising in credit scoring and automated decisioning systems. In his early career, Gary worked for Lloyds Bank, Lombard Tricity Finance and Lombard Bank.
Jacqueline DeweyManaging Director, Consumer Markets
In March 2014 Jacqueline Dewey became Managing Director for Consumer Markets to lead the development of the Group’s consumer propositions, prior to which she held the position of Marketing Director for Noddle (Callcredit’s free for life credit report service). Jacqueline has very strong financial services and consumer monetisation experience most recently with Barclays Bank.
