All employees get one paid volunteer day each year to help a community project of their choice. Our offices choose an annual charity to fundraise for. We also match employees' own fundraising.
We are certified to ISO14001, the international best practice for Environmental Management. We have kept our carbon intensity level through increased efficiencies in our Facilities and IT systems. We have active programmes to reduce waste, increase recycling and cut carbon. Our datacentres are powered by renewable energy.
